1. Delivery of goods and acceptance

Rebelle Fleur undertakes to do everything in its ability to comply with the delivery times, which it reserves the right to indicate at the time of shipment of the product (if the customer requests it), and in any case, within 20 (twenty) working days.
In case of non-execution of the order by the seller, due to any unavailability, even temporary, of the purchased product, the seller will provide written notice to the buyer in the same way and will refund any sums already paid to him for the payment of the product.
Should the packaging or wrapping of the ordered products reach their destination clearly damaged, the buyer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier / forwarder or to accept delivery "with reserve".
2. Shipping costs, duties and taxes

The shipping costs will instead be indicated in the execution of the order. HYPOTHESIS IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED
