It can be done through:

☛ Paypal recharge (you just need a credit / debit card or a paypal account to make fast and safe payments);

☛ Postepay recharge (it is possible to recharge postepay in the post office or in a tobacconist's even if you do not own one!). To pay by postepay you can select "prepayment" from the various available.  

We strongly recommend that you keep your payment receipt as proof (in case there are any problems) and notify you when your payment is complete.

The order will not be processed before completing the payment!

☛ Cash on delivery: this service requires the addition of 3.00 euros and allows you to pay directly upon delivery of the order in cash to the courier.  

❤ Exchanges and returns ❤

It is possible to exchange goods by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the package and sending back the order with the completed return form inside.

Exchanges will not be accepted if the product is damaged and / or devoid of essential components.  

The return can be made ONLY for products paid in advance, for tax reasons.
